Coaches Clinic - for all new and returning in-house coaches

January 10th, 9:00-11:00 a.m.
Waterford Lakes Recreation Center

The clinic will be run by staff and the area director of British Soccer (Challenger Sports). Following the clinic we will have a coaches meeting to plan and discuss the upcoming season. We will also be showing coaches how to use our New Online System for player contact, rosters and game schedule.

U8: 4V4 (no goalkeepers)

Length: 25 to 35 yards
Width: 20 to 30 yards
Goal Area: 3 yards out from each post and 3 yards forward
Penalty Area: None
Goal: Cones or flags may be used or a goal up to 6 foot high by 18 foot long. Goals may be smaller in dimension. (1 to 3 ratio)

U10: 6V6 (including goalkeepers)

Length: 45 to 60 yards
Width: 35 to 45 yards
Goal Area: per FIFA rules
Penalty Area: 10 yards out from each post and 10 yards forward
Goal: 6 foot high by 18 foot long
Penalty Spot: 8 yards out from the center of the goal
Center Circle: 8 yard radius
Corner Arc: 1 yard radius
